Privacy

We use your account, contact and delivery information only to process orders, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Vendor KYC data is restricted to authorised verification staff.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery availability, transport charge and delivery dates depend on product, PIN, site access and vendor coverage. The final payable amount is displayed and calculated on the server at checkout. Site unloading, vehicle access and material receipt must be confirmed by the customer.

Returns & refunds

Report damaged, incorrect or short-delivered material with photographs to support as soon as possible after delivery. Products that have been used, installed, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after verification.

Payments & terms

Product images and descriptions are indicative. Customers must verify suitability, specifications and quantity for their project; structural decisions require a qualified professional. Vendors are responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing and tax information they submit. R-One Enterprises may suspend inaccurate listings or vendor accounts.
